Public Area Cleaner

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Jurassic coast is seeking a diligent and dedicated public area cleaner to join our friendly team and contribute to the exceptional experience we provide.

Role overview:

As one of the leading luxury hotels in the region, Moonfleet Manor Hotel prides itself on exceptional service and maintaining impeccable standards. We are looking for a meticulous individual who shares our commitment to excellence in cleanliness and presentation.

We are looking for someone on a permanent basis for 40 hours per week to work 12pm - 8pm over 5 days a week, at an hourly rate of £11.55 per hour.  Flexibility will be required to include working some weekends on a rota basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel to include lounge areas, restrooms, pool area, indoor play area, treatment rooms and other communal spaces.
• Monitor and replenish supplies accordingly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department and uphold health and safety regulations at all times.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for hospitality, providing great service to our guests.
• A keen eye for detail, working to tight timeframes and enjoy a physical job role.
• Ability to interact with all guests and ability to have fun and engage with our younger guests.
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
