Housekeeping - New Park Manor Hotel
Contract: Permanent

New Park Manor, a luxury family hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
This is a permanent position at 32 hours per week (to include weekends) with an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, plus generous service charge and benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to the highest standards
• Replenishing amenities and supplies
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager
• Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
