Receptionist

Role overview-

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, able to answer guest queries and showcasing your knowledge of the hotel, the facilities, and the local area.

This a permanent role at 24 hours per week (including weekends), with a annual salary £15,925 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefits package.

Responsibilities-

Welcoming guests:

Conducting a pleasant and professional check in/check out, ensuring a smooth and personable welcome. To give all guests a full tour of the hotel and their bedroom, explaining all the facilities on offer.

Guest Assistance:

Assist guests with enquiries, provide information and address any concerns promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Reservations: Handle room reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!

To succeed in this role we are looking for:

Previous experience working with Opera - would be beneficial
Charisma, an engaging personality, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and guest needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
