Fowey Hall Hotel, nestled on the picturesque coastline of Cornwall, is a luxury family-friendly hotel renowned for its stunning views, exceptional service, and historical charm. Are you passionate about wellness, beauty, and exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager and Therapist to lead our spa team.
Position Overview:
As a Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being. This a permanent role, at 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an annual salary of up to £38,000 DOE + commission + bonus + generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).
• Previous experience ideally from within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa.
• Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Guest-Centric Approach: Your focus is on creating a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.
• Promote our premium products and drive sales.
• Elemis training will be provided, but previous experience of Elemis is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Spa Operations: Efficiently manage spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, ensuring team members deliver exceptional service.
• Hands-On Treatments: Perform spa treatments (massages, facials, etc.) with skill and care.
• Product Promotion: Educate guests about our products and recommend personalised solutions whilst driving product sales.
