Contract: Permanent
Salary: £34,944 per annum plus service charge and benefits

The Role: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fun kitchen brigade. As CDP, you will be a key player in our culinary team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality.If you are an enthusiastic chef with a passion for learning new skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.

This a permanent role at 48 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £34,944 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Owning and overseeing your workstation: We encourage your creativity and input in creating our specials and market menu

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment

- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality kitchen

• Charisma, an engaging personality and passion for hospitality

• Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service

• Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards, food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial
