About Us
Luxury Family Hotels is a collection of beautiful, relaxed hotels set in some of the UK’s most charming locations. We create memorable experiences for families — and we know that begins with exceptional people.
We’re now looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable PA to support our Directors and play a pivotal role in keeping our group operations running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident working with senior stakeholders, and thrives in a supportive but fast moving environment.

The Role
As PA to Directors, you’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support to our senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing weekly & monthly group reports
• Managing company credit card administration and processing expenses for the leadership team
• Organising travel, accommodation, and meetings for Directors and senior managers
• Minute-taking and supporting key meetings with follow-up actions
• Overseeing hire car administration for the group
• Liaising professionally with Board members, Board PAs, Company Secretarial services, investors, banks, and other key external contacts
• Coordinating group social events and supporting internal communications
• Providing administrative support to the Training Manager
• Supporting credit control processes for the group

This role is broad and varied — perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of a busy organisation.

About You

You will be someone who brings calm, clarity, and outstanding organisation to every task. Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with sensitive information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern digital tools
• A warm, friendly manner aligned with our hospitality values

Experience within hotels or hospitality is desirable but not essential — enthusiasm and professionalism matter most.

If you're looking for a part time role where no two days are the same, and you’d love to support a passionate leadership team within a warm, people focused business, we’d love to hear from you.
