Housekeeping - New Park Manor Hotel

Salary: £12.21 per hour plus service charge and great benefits

New Park Manor, a beautiful recently refurbished luxury family hotel, is seeking a diligent and dedicated public area cleaner. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
This a permanent role, at 22 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.21 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lounges, restrooms, and other communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, polished, and free of debris.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department and uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for hospitality, providing great service to our guests.
- A keen eye for detail, working to tight timeframes and enjoy a physical job role
- Ability to interact with all guests and ability to have fun and engage with our younger guests.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
