Pastry Chef

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Jurassic coast is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting delightful pastries and desserts that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you design and prepare sweet treats to contemporary desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and confections according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Develop new and innovative recipes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends in pastry and dessert arts.
- Manage stock and supplies, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are available for production.
- Collaborate with the Head chef and kitchen team to create cohesive and delightful dining experiences.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and presentation.
- Creative flair and ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.
