Group Training Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Remote with regular travel to our hotels in the South of England

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required in line with business needs (weekend working may be required)

We’re looking for a talented Group Training Manager to lead our learning and development programme during a period of maternity cover. You’ll help our teams grow, develop and deliver the exceptional experiences Luxury Family Hotels is known for.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging training across our five hotels and central team
• Identify training needs and design development plans with leaders
• Lead onboarding and support leadership development
• Manage statutory training, compliance, and apprenticeship programmes
• Maintain accurate training records and evaluate impact
• Contribute to L&D projects and be an active part of our HR team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in L&D or training, ideally in hospitality or multi site
• Confident trainer with great communication and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Able to build strong relationships and influence effectively
• Experience with apprenticeships and LMS preferred
• CIPD L&D qualification desirable
