About Us: At Luxury Family Hotels, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable stays for families in beautiful surroundings.  Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, has just reopened it's doors following a beautiful refurbishment.  We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and flexible Host to support in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the hotel as business demands.

About the Role: This is a varied and hands-on position at the heart of our operation. As a Host, you will work across multiple departments, supporting reception, restaurant, and spa teams wherever needed. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and thrives on variety.

Job Type: Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business. Flexibility will be key, as shifts will vary and will include some weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with luggage and room orientation
• Supporting the reception team with check-ins, departures and guest queries
• Delivering informal hotel tours and sharing knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Assisting in the restaurant by clearing tables and maintaining a tidy, inviting environment
• Providing general support to the F&B team during busy periods
• Supporting the spa team with towel replenishment and maintaining presentation standards
• Stepping in wherever additional support is needed across departments
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, friendly and approachable personality
• A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to support different teams
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive approach with great attention to detail
• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
