Marketing Assistant

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Are you a detail-oriented and creative professional looking to develop a career in marketing? We are a family-focused hotel group committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering marketing initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of marketing materials, supporting website management, coordinating partnership relationships, contributing to the development of email campaigns, and assisting in the organisation of photoshoots. You will work closely with our in-house marketing team, including the Content Creator, Digital & CRM Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager, to enhance brand presence and engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to develop their marketing expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Location: Work from home with regular travel to our hotels in Cornwall, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, or Suffolk, and occasional trips to London.
  • Requirements: Candidates must live within 2-hour drive / train journey of one of our hotel locations to allow for travel.
  • Role Details: Full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri) with occasional flexibility for special events.
