9-Month Maternity Cover Contract (with potential to extend)
£15.00 per hour + Bonus & Commission
40 hours per week (to include weekends)

Are you the therapist everyone turns to for advice, support and positivity? Do you love creating amazing guest experiences while helping a team shine?
We're looking for a talented Treatment Room Supervisor to be the heart of our wellness offering. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time doing what you do best – delivering incredible treatments – while also coaching, motivating and supporting a fantastic team of therapists.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional beauty and wellness treatments.
• Creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Leading, inspiring and supporting the therapy team.
• Maintaining luxurious standards throughout the treatment rooms.
• Helping with training, stock control and day-to-day operations.
• Recommending products that genuinely enhance guest wellbeing.
• Bringing positive energy, professionalism and a smile to every shift.

💚 What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in a spa, beauty or wellness environment.
• A genuine passion for treatments, wellbeing and guest care.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team.
• A friendly, organised and positive approach.
• Elemis experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
• The chance to work in a beautiful luxury hospitality setting.
• A friendly team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
